Refund Policy

We want you to love your Stryde Precision Strap. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@getstrydee.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and simple instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns without prior authorization cannot be matched to an order.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@getstrydee.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@getstrydee.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us at contact@getstrydee.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the order cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Bundle orders

Bundle offers (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are treated as a single order. Refunds for bundles are issued for the amount paid.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email contact@getstrydee.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped can be returned under this policy.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
